Shipping & Louisville pickup
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Louisville pickup is arranged personally after checkout.
Discovery flights, 50 ml bottles, and available Velour body care can be paid securely through Square. Louisville pickup or hand delivery is arranged directly with Joslin after checkout.
Alcohol-based perfume ships only through an eligible domestic ground service in compliant protective packaging. Square collects the shipping address and shows the shipping charge before payment. International and APO/FPO/DPO shipping are not offered.
Returns, changes & damage
Opened fragrance and body products are personal-use goods and are not resold. If an unopened order needs to change, contact the house before sending anything back so the next step can be arranged.
If the wrong item arrives or something is damaged, reach out promptly with photos. Joslin will review it personally and make the order right.
Your Club journal
Migo Match saves your quiz answers, suggested fragrances, and which results you open privately with your account. It uses your favorites, ratings, and wear history to suggest scents and links later ratings and wears to a recent recommendation for up to 90 days to evaluate how suggestions worked. Match history is not displayed to other members. Clear it from My match privacy in the Library to remove those recommendations and their linked learning records; your original journal and ratings remain. No compatibility percentage is published from this early model.
Optional wear details include spray count, application surface, occasion, and timed second impressions. Reminder timing and quiet hours are saved on your device. If you enable push notifications, the Club stores your browser’s notification address with your account and sends a private, generic check-in through your browser’s push provider. Turn reminders off from your wear card or browser settings. Signing out stops reminders for that account session. Calendar reminders are managed separately in your calendar.
Guest journal entries stay in this browser. When you sign in, your email and member profile are stored with your account, and saved wear entries are stored in the Club database. Entries are private unless you deliberately share them with the community. Shared posts show your display name, team, and the wear details you share.
Sign-in codes are delivered through Resend. The Club sends Resend your email address and the sign-in message. Codes expire after ten minutes. The site uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in; signing out revokes your current account sessions.
Offline drafts remain on this device until you sync or remove them. Browser data can be cleared in your browser settings; doing so does not remove entries already saved to your account. You can delete individual wears in your journal, or contact Maison Joslin for help with your account data. Deleting a wear hides it from the journal; earned participation points and records needed for moderation may remain.
Privacy
Your Discovery and Velour choices stay in your browser until you choose to send them by text, email, or Square checkout. Square receives the selected products and the contact, payment, and fulfillment details you enter on its secure checkout page. Clear your selections or browser site data at any time.
The site loads Google Fonts, whose provider may receive standard technical request data. Maison Joslin does not receive your unsent selections.
