Shipping & Louisville pickup
Every request is personally confirmed before payment. Louisville pickup or hand delivery is arranged directly with EJ.
When shipping is offered, alcohol-based perfume travels by an eligible domestic ground service. The address, timing, and any shipping charge are confirmed with you first.
Returns, changes & damage
Opened fragrance and body products are personal-use goods and are not resold. If an unopened order needs to change, contact the house before sending anything back so the next step can be arranged.
If the wrong item arrives or something is damaged, reach out promptly with photos. EJ will review it personally and make the order right.
Privacy
Your Discovery choices and optional contact details stay in your browser until you choose to send them by text, email, or a configured checkout. Clear the selections or your browser site data at any time.
The site loads Google Fonts, whose provider may receive standard technical request data. Maison Joslin does not receive your unsent Discovery choices.
